It's all for the future.....

When one is propelled into power, there is much that is needed to be done. Responsibilities to bear and decisions to made be it wise or unwise. There is often a hierarchy where the most powerful does not mingle or have contact with the superiorly inferior subjects. However, when those in btw does not or rather, could not do the jobs that were assigned to them, should those at the top not begin to have direct contact with those at the bottom and thus overriding the middle class? Or should they advice and maybe replace those middle classmen with more eligible ones?
Either approach causes much problems and matters worsen when a problem pops up b4 the previous problem is solved. As I’ve stated in my previous post(s), we had decided to directly oversee the moulding of the lower class overselves. The middle class has proven to be inept at controlling the lower class and in dire need of help.
We came up with a few guidelines and rules for the remaining weeks of sr. It was agreed upon by myself and liks w/o much contention from the rest. It would seem that they couldn’t care much. But if they could only see that if we, together with the form 4’s fail to mould the sr’s, we will be overloaded with responsibilities next year. We have STPM to study for, but we cannot afford to neglect next yr’s scouting term. And if the sr’s could not be transformed into proper seniors, who can we depend on to do the work? Are we, form 6’s t go around asking for sponsorship? Or do we want to stay back till late at nite to build gadgets. Hmmm, we wouldn’t really know unless we don’t hv any seniors to begin with next yr.
So we’ve decided that there will not be whacking on the 1st week of our takeover. Furthermore, daily reports will be toned down. That is, during tues, thurs and sats, there will not be any physical contact and push-ups will be to the minimum. Assignments will also be reduced to the extent of which cannot be known but reduced nonetheless. Seniors who order breakfast will have to pay for their meal and activities will be held daily. Also, on the 1st week, all activities will be unity based for that’s what I see that is lacking most.
I am actually reluctant to change much to sr month for I believe that it’s the most crucial period for a scout and they have to be best. If it is toned down too much to allow all these pu**ies to join, what will our troop become? Furthermore, will they be able to handle tough situations or will they opt to quit and just run like what they’re doing now? These are serious implications that need to be taken into consideration. Yet, any changes are that going to be made can only be made thus so when we’re already running the show not while we’re at the sidelines watching. GOD SPEED!!
