Ragging in school has been a hot topic for the year 2005 kicking off with the murder of a full boarding school student over a kettle and some events happening elsewhere. There was also a case in V.I. where a few form 5's were caught 'ragging' a form 3 kid over some matter. So WHY cant the students of an all boys school commit ragging? Im not saying as if 5 people gang up on 1 singluar student nor am i saying that they r allowed to rag until bruises are seen. I believe that a little ragging here and there in an all boys school will do no harm. It is what makes us boys....we dont have a vagina for god's sake. Boys these days are heavily protected needless to say pampered by their parents. They constantly build a protective shield around their child filtering and blocking 'bad' things. So when their son complains that they got ragged in an all boys school, they rush to the school and complain. And the school who btw doesnt have any balls ( nor does the school admins have any) bows down to the parents and created a no rag rule and anyone who is caught committing ragging will be severely punished. I believe they r wrong. Boys should be allowed to be boys nor nurtured to become lady like.
